Christine - Welcomes beginners to her class feature
flexibility, balance, inner focus, relaxation and some strength
building. Christine's emphasis is on stress reduction, soft and
smooth flowing asanas (postures).
Jeanie - Since Jeanie’s focus is to ensure that her
students work within their limits, she offers variations for
many poses, thus accommodating first-timers through advanced
intermediate students. Come and be challenged safely.
Jillian - Teaches a truly beginning Yoga class that
focuses on the Yoga basics of stretching, relaxing and
strengthening. If you have been intimidated to try yoga the you
should start here. All ages and body types welcome.
Morning Star - Comes from a
background of therapeutic stretch, inner/outer balance, stress
reduction, and exercise/music therapy. Her yoga classes are
directed towards integrating mind-body-spirit awareness to
improve flexibility, strength, posture, conscious breathing, and
humor.
Orlena - Yoga-Lates-This multilevel class has the flavor
of Yoga and Pilates. The best of both worlds, concentrating on
posture, balance and form. Strength and flexibility are
enhanced and challenged. Join in for the FUN!
Rod - Teaches a multilevel class based on the lyengar and
Ashtanga styles of practice. His classes will emphasize body
awareness, integrating breath with movement, and strengthening
the inner core of the body. |
