knowledge in the industry. To avoid under and over training, and the
risk of injury, expert guidance can be critical.

Assistance goes beyond spotting and includes psychological
coaching to get he most out of your workouts. Partner exercises can
also be fun and can reach areas you would otherwise be unable to get
on your own.

How much to progress? How soon to change exercises or weights, or
range of motions? How to deal with plateaus where progress has halted
and how to plan long-term progressions working on different goals and
body parts are all issues an educated trainer can help you with.
