MOTIVATION
Our trainers can show you how to develop the proper mind-set that enables you to look forward to your workouts rather than feeling a sense of obligation. To learn to make the exercise experience more enjoyable, interesting, and immediately rewarding, for your essential ingredients to a life-long fitness recipe.

COMMITMENT
Until you get the fitness habit firmly established on your own, having to set and keep an appointment with a trainer is an excellent way to get a glimpse of the exercise habit schedule.

GUIDANCE
There are so many fitness myths and half-truths present in the fitness field. Our trainers are schooled in the soundest and latest knowledge in the industry. To avoid under and over training, and the risk of injury, expert guidance can be critical.

ASSISTANCE
Assistance goes beyond spotting and includes psychological coaching to get he most out of your workouts. Partner exercises can also be fun and can reach areas you would otherwise be unable to get on your own.

PROGRESSION
How much to progress? How soon to change exercises or weights, or range of motions? How to deal with plateaus where progress has halted and how to plan long-term progressions working on different goals and body parts are all issues an educated trainer can help you with.

HARDER YET SAFER WORKOUTS
A skilled trainer can assess the proper timing to work harder without the risk of injury. He/She can feel for your hard and easy days and can monitor the more vigorous workouts, watching for form and bringing out your best efforts without over-doing it.
