What is GTS?
GTS is a system for a total body workout that's fast, flexible, and unique. By using gravity resistence together, it provides a workout for all body types and conditions.

The entire workout is done on an adjustable, incline resistent, glide board. The GTS uses your body's weight against the pull of gravity to work multiple body parts simultaneously, working the entire body.
